When strolling in the old core of the town, you'll see a number of beautifully arranged balconies. There is a sort of the competition between owners of the houses and the local tourist association prized the most beautiful one at the end of the touristic season, so I was told by the locals.

Joint VT-forces have constructed this bike especially for Claus (Cachaseiro), better known as "Biking Viking". He is planing his next big bike-tour across the Sahara and, unfortunatelly, his old bike is finished.
Happy pedaling to you Biking Viking, sorry no beer left in the tins, we have finished all after hard work on the bike.
