Villa Foscarini Negrelli was built in the 17th century in Palladian taste, with alterations in the neo-classical period. It has beautiful pronaos with Ionic columns topped by a triangular tympanum with statues, and the four tall pinnacles lining the facade.
It is the first villa which can be seen on the Riviera Brenta tour, starting from Padova.

A few kilometres beyond Dolo, just outside Stra, stands the most attractive villa on the Brenta Riviera, the magnificent Villa Pisani, known as La Nazionale. Alvise Pisani was Doge of Venice, been elected in 1735. The mansion commissioned from Gerolamo Frigimelica and continued after the architect's death by Francesco Maria Preti.
The villa is very impressive, the interior consists of 114 rooms frescoed by the best artists of the period. The Apotheosis of the Pisani Family in the central hall was painted by Gianbattista Tiepolo.

Most of the villas on the river of Brenta are surrounded by the huge and beautifuly arranged parks, full of greenery and flowers foliage. The entrance into the park is marked by such a monumental gates, which are a piece of art.
