Since a few years Piazzola Sul Brenta host a great summer live concerts festival.
Famous artists from all over the world came and perform here, the location is fantastic, the open air concert are held in the beautiful circular Piazza in front of Villa Contarini. Tickets need to be bought well in advance and are available on different site, I usually use the one in the link below. Right now it will show you the 2013 selection of artists, great names as Carlos Santana, Mark Knopfer and more!

Every last Sunday of the month the large square in front of Villa Contarini hosts the second larger flea market in Italy. More then 700 different exhibitors meet here to show and sell their goods. You can find antiques, furniture, books, crafts and collectings.

The seller spread around the big circular square in front of the Villa and there is now also a big covered area inside what was the ex Juta factory.
