Lunch was an optional extra on the Brenta cruise - we opted not to have it as we didn't want a 3 course fish and pasta lunch at miday. Instead we settled for bringing our own sandwiches - but I was tempted to have a coffe and desert at the restautrant - manged by the boat company.
It was a delicious concoction of shortcake, light vanilla custard with summer fruits - divine!
