Our guide was doing several tours of the Villa in differnt languages and the english tour was last on the list - so we spent time in the park first enjoying the reflections. We also discoverd this maze with a central folly with a spiral staircase which we could see people climbing. Well we wanted to get there but we got completely lost in it and never made it to the centre - it was difficult to get out too and I was beginning to wonder if we would miss our tour! So the lesson here is don't go in the maze until you have seen the house or you might not see anything else!
