    Take a trip out the the isles of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. Murano is where they make glass, as you'll discover from the many glass boutiques offering little green snails as souvenirs. Hmmm. Burano is further out - and is it worth it! a quiet little village isle, where lace is made, every single house here is a different colour! It's so lovely in the sun, you'll want to stay here forever.

    Although famous for their lace, most people do not make it out to the island of Burano. The trip by ferry may take a little time, but the scenery is magnificent, and the island a great delight. I was immediately greeted by beautiful brightly painted houses, and the charm of a small fishing village. I had an excellent lunch, and spent the better part of the afternoon enjoying the peacefulness, and taking some stunning photographs.

    Visit BURANO.
    A little island in front of Torcello.
    A nice place,with little multicoloured houses.
    You can eat some good fish and buy some good tipical cookies called 'Buranelli'.I like them very much with a little wine...!!! :)
