La Cantina Restaurant: Pizza & Pasta

by Tea4Two

Run by Italians this is authentic Italian food in Jersey. The pizzas are superb as well as the pasta dishes.Unless you eat early it is recommended to book as this place is very popular. There are so many lovely dishes but the pizza of the day is normally a culinary, gourmet delight. Also if you love risotto - go for the mushroom one. Yummy!

Suma's: Mouth Watering

by Tea4Two

You have to book to avoid disappointment. Whatever you choose from the menu will have you eating with gusto. The bread accompanying the meal is made on the premises and is heavenly. If you have room at the end check out the mini pudding selection - nearly all the desserts in bite size quantities. Wine list is extensive.

A Portuguese restaurant: My first lobster

by ATLC

I found food in restaurants to be extremely good. The wholesomeness of Jersey produce combined with mainland finesse.I decided to splash out and eat the first lobster in my life. Grilled with garlic butter. Deeeeeelicious!

Bouley Bay Cafe: Another Meal With A View

by steventilly

Nothing more than a cafe serving standard cafe fare (specialising in fried food - "Full english breakfast" is excellent). The view is what makes this place so special. Full English Breakfast (veggie style).

Various: Rozel

by steventilly

There are some lovely places to eat at Rozel, including the excellent "Apple Cottage Restaurant", but for a very informal snack lunch, a lovely cup of tea, extremely friendly, helpful staff and a great harbour side location, you really can't beat "The Hungry Man" kiosk. No we're not related to the owners and they didn't pay us. Well, not yet, anyway. All sorts of hot & cold take-away food. Eat at the harbour side or walk to the beach. Don't leave any litter though.

Ming's Dynasty: Chinese At The Harbour

by steventilly

Here's Susan on the harbour wall at Gorey. Our favourite Chinese restaurant "Ming's Dynasty" is just to her right, as you look. Well recommended, but usually busy, so book early! All of the vegetarian dishes are really good (and there's a few to choose from).
