St Helier was not exactly teeming with places for beer drinkers.
Two places I did find and recommend for a decent pint are
Lamplighter - Mulcaster Street.
and
Prince of Wales - Hilgrove Lane.
Both can be found in the town centre and sell several real ales, neither appeared to sell food.
