If you are in Cesis and would like to go out in the night then this is the place you should go... First of all there are no more other places where to go in night in Cesis and secondly it is quite a good place... I haven`t been there for a couple of months though but it is quite a nice, little club located on the second floor of the cinema of the same name. Nice music (often but not always), nice people (at least some :)) ), VERY cheep drinks and a lot of FUN!!! But better come with friend(s)

Dress Code: Dress what you feel comfortable at... I don`t know about boys but most part of the girls are in tight jeans and some tiny tops... :))

As Cesis is a small town, it doesn't have too much places, where you could get goods for tourists. Anyway, one of them, and quite good one, is just inside New Cesis castle. Here you could find postcards, T-shirts, cups, chocolate, drinks and so on.

It is also office to buy tickets to the castle located here.

Rakši - one of the most hyped-up hotel in Cesis. I think it`s interesting and funny to take lamas ride or something, but if you want only to see zoo or how looks Rakši - don`t waste time - awful road and just few animals.

Unique Suggestions: If you want to feel satisfied take lot of money and in Rakši go wit lamas, snowmobile, boat or something. Be careful - huge prices.

Fun Alternatives: Better go to Ozolkalns

I get most strong impression after visiting Old Livonian Castle’s ruins. First, we had to put on safety caps and take candlelight. It seemed so romantic in the start.
