We found three bars in seaside park, one right on the beach itself. Over our two visits we managed to visit each - of course!
All pleasant places to stop for a beer and snack.
Fresh and tasty food and beer, with friendly service, wish I was there now.............

City centre restaurant, in Kurzeme shopping area. Nicely decorated inside and a good outside eating area too. Multilingual staff and menu helped us choose good tasty Latvian food. an enjoyable evening.

For us the immediate attraction was the large outdoor terrace, as we visited on a warm evening, great choice.
