You can get to Roja by bus from Riga (few times a day; 2.5 hours; 3 LVL), Talsi (several times a day; 1 hour, 1 LVL), Kolka (few times a day; 40 minutes; 1 LVL), Mazirbe (2 times a day; more than 1 hour; 1.5 LVL) or some other places. Check this site for more information: http://www.1188.lv/satiksme/. Very important note – check the route for Riga buses – a couple of them are not going the most straight route and will take 4 hours instead of 2.5 hours.
