Liechtenstein's capital Vaduz must be the only capital in Europe (not too sure about Andorra though?) that doesn't have an airport, or a trainstation? In fact, there isn't an airport or trainstation in the whole country!? Not too strange one can say though, as Liechtenstein is one of Europe's five micro states, but to get there you'll have to take buses from either Switzerland, Germany or Austria. We arrived here from Zürich, from where we first took a train to Sargans (make sure to get a seat on the left side of the train, as the view of Lake Zürich is fantastic!), and from there a bus for another 20-30 minutes. It's the same also if you come from one of the other two countries from where you can reach the little kingdom. The bus will stop in the central parts of the very little town, from where you will have no problem to find your way around. Leave a Comment Theme: Bus
