Every winter to celebrate "Pizza jazz" birthday restaurant's management organizes an ice-sculpture competition where famous Lithuanian artists are invited to create ice sculptures.
This becomes a great weak of fun and photo taking for Kaunas people and Kaunas visitors. This year we even have an ice car for those who would like to ride in classy cadillac:)

Orlean bar in Kaunas

I was shown of that place by my friends during the Kaunas jazz festival, we went there to have some drinks and listen to live played jazz music.
I liked the atmosphere there.. It's not like in all other Kaunas places where you can definitely smell "Kaunas" - full of people trying to show off and so on.
I would say that "Orleanas" bar is for those people, who have their souls free and open for a change, new ideas, new attitude, new friends..

Feel free to dress what you like and take your Harley Davidson too.. well, you can leave it in front of the door:)

	Dance clubs Tip Rating:

There are at least 4 dance clubs in the center of Kaunas so if you're staying in the center you won't need a taxi. Usually these clubs close at 2-4am so if you are going to party all night, you will have to find some locals who are doing that in their homes.

They claim to be the only restaurant/dance club on the water in the Baltic region. They have evening shows with concerts, artist performances, music parties.
Also some programme for kids at daytime.
Or you can just come for a dinner on the water and see the sunset over the Nemunas river..

The grandest casino chain in the Baltics now has a primo spot in Kaunas. With loads of tables and machines to risk your hard earned money, cashing in your chips is quite the challenge. Good late night atmosphere for fun seekers and risk takers to mingle.

	B.O.: Post-club hang out spot Tip Rating:

B.O. stands for Blue Orange. It's a place which is busy every night of the week and it seems to be a play where everybody knows your name. For the recreational drinker and gifted socialite, drinking and mingling here will yield countless hours of fun and friends. Weekend nights people head here post-club post-haste to down a few last beers and troll for company.
The only bad thing I could say about this place - no air conditioning...yikes.

	City Metro: Metro theme Tip Rating:

With the underground metro theme in play, a stop here is warranted. Best during student nights, the club has a pretty funky decor and is close to the Old Town and city centre unlike most other clubs of its kind.

The most legitimate nightclub in all of Lithuania. Two floors of distinctly different sounds, with hip-hop music and erotic rap videos on the ground floor and black, caged-in funk upstairs.
