Excuse, I didn't fish in Kedainai. Instead, I saw quite many locals who did it. They were sitting along its banks and even... high above water level on the top of piers supporting the pedastrian bridge over the river. Hmm... it was not very active fun. What about playing cheese instead?
Equipment: The locals used simple fishing-rods and... alive worms or flies. Brr... :-))).
