    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Visiting Kretinga took about half of the day, so I decided also to turn to any restaurant - bar for a snack. Actually I visited "Grifas" just not so far from Catholic church.

I ate carbonate (pork meat) with potatoes and vegetables, also drunk a cup of green tea. The price of it was about 4 Euros. Place was cosy, also personnel was nice.

I was using car traveling to Sventoji. The route from Vilnius was enlarged, as I wanted also to see Nemunas bank small towns (Veliuona, Vytenai...). In other case, it is just possible to go Vilnius - Kaunas - Klaipeda autobahn, later take road to North through Palanga. As it is really suggested to know, summer weather in Lithuania is not always good for being near the sea, so I decided to take day-trip to Kretinga.

I believe to go there by bus is possible also, but Palanga - Kretinga route has better connection.
