to enter and exit lithuania we spent an hour waiting at the border.... LP was really scaring: from four hours to four days with 'pirates' and robbers storming on the queue.... we only found two buses.... it was a choir... they begun reharsing and in half an hour we had the whole choir plyaing a 'queue concert'!

Take dollars and exchange at the airport in VNO (Vilnius). LITAS is the proper name for their money. But I think soon they will be using he Euro-dollars.
