Favorite thing: The most popular place in Panevezys is the part of the rive Nevezis, which lays in the centre of Panevezys & is called 'Senvage'.All bigger events or concerts(if they are held outside) take place somewhere near this place.There are some small islands decorated with sculptures & big trees.This is also very popular place to take wedding pics:)
