On the edge of Pasvalys. The owner, Valentas Vaskevicius is a character, and a total ham (yes, I have pictures but no way to upload right now). There are 11 Lithuanian microbrews on tap, most of which are outstanding quality. He has real kvass (gira) as well - so much better than the store-bought stuff. Bar snacks, arm-wrestling, table tennis also feature at Kielas. He's got a wood-burning barbeque as well, so bring some meat and talk him into hooking you up.
