Lithuanians used to start there town by making a square in the middle which was meant to be the main place of the town. They used to build some monuments in there, usually representing their struggle for freedom.
Rietavas also has its own Liberty Statue - a girl with torch of liberty. But in my memory it has a name of "ice cream lady" because that's how my English teacher who was American and came to Rietavas as Peace corps volunteer called it. And if you wanna solve the dillema - is that a torch or an ice cream in her hand, you better come and see with your own eyes..:)

That requires lots of patience and help from your family members or friends. Lithuanians use plants' leaves, wax, onion peels and many other kinds of stuff to decorate Easter eggs.
