It's at any Banks in Lithuania. The LITHUANIAN Commemorative coins. The coins are struck at the Mint of Lithuania so I'm pretty so $$$$...BUT worth it.
Sometimes you can buy a book of stamps along side the sidewalks in the flee-market area of the old town. Stamps, old postcards, books new and old. I paid 6 Lt. for this book of stamp
