Palace is surrounded by Eduard Andre planned park. Now it in a need of clearing, restoration – it is being done little by little.
Park has conception of English style Water Park, as it is territory between lakes and connected by about 20 different ponds. Almost plants around are local, but some time ago where more exotic examples were found.
Eduard Francua Andre was famous architect of landscape in Europe. In Lithuania he projected four parks.

A few constructions around Uzutrakis palace were built a bit earlier than palace itself – in 1895 – 1897. It consists of granary, cow-house, place for carriages, a factory of alcohol, smithy and so on. Buildings of manor are red-brick-color.

Juozapas Tiskevicius (1868-1917) built Palace of Uzutrakis in 1898 – 1901 The architect of palace was Polish Juzef Hus, structure consist of few styles – historicism, neo-renaissance, neoclassicism. Interior was an example of Ludwig XVI classicism style.
The palace is just nearby bank of Galve Lake, it has a terrace to lakeside with a view of Trakai island castle. Palace is surrounded by Andre Park.

Uzutrakis is about 4-5 kilometers from Trakai. I think here local bus goes time by time. It is far away from the main road Trakai - Vievis, where buses go more frequently.
The best choise to get there is a car. Not so far from the Tiskeviciai minor transportation parking place is opened and camping site.
