This restaurant has been recommended by Michelin with 3 Bibs Gourmands, a sort of junior star.
The service is excellent, every wish catered for. The dining room and the terrace with chesnut trees are lovely.
The prices are on the high side, and not every dish is perfect but you will have a great dinner!

Before dinner one starts with some aperitifs like an excellent white Riesling. Drinks are accompanied with a complimentary plate of home-cured ham and sausage and some pickles. Much nicer than the usual bowl of nuts.

Favorite Dish: The Bib Gourmand menu is a very good deal at 35 euro.
It starts with a little amuse, then a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. In between a refreshing little sorbet.

I had the most excellent home-cured boar ham with grilled asparagus, then the veal cordon bleu dressed with melting duck liver with the silly purple-blue cauliflower and delicious truffle jus. Finished off with a tarte tatin (every so slightly burned caramel, I thought) with vanilla cream.
Mind you, the little mistakes are not at all a problem. The portions are generous.

The next day I only took a starter which the chef made into a slightly larger portion. Fried duck liver with mango at 27 euro. For dessert a wonderful cheese board. The calvados drenched camembert deserves a star!

Around me I saw great dishes such as turbot with green asparagus cream sauce (steeply priced at 38 euro), lovely grilled mackerel in a light herb sauce (at 24 euro). My co-diners ate them with enjoyment.

    we feed you up!!!

We've got quite a collection of hotels, restaurants, and cafes; all of which are capable of providing you, your friends, or whomever is with you, with high, middle, or low taste services, depending on the financial weight of your purse.

My favorite is however the "AUBERGE MICHEL RODANGE". They've got decent and neat rooms. And their meals are not only sweet. Should you happen to be at table, and someone you wouldn't want to see you suddenly walks in, hey fear not! You could hide behind your meal! hehehe....only kidding. But you will definitely have more than you can finish on your plate! And guess what? All at a very cheap price!!!!

A nice place in Wiltz is the Sandwicherie, here you can get all kind of sandwiches, and a friendly staff is there to help you.
