It is not only a restaurant, it is also a hotel and a park, there you can do some sport too as well, the price is high to spend a night, but the food is good and when you'll pay the bill you'll feel good as the prices are ok! I love these folks, I really do. They could not have made me feel more welcome, valued and looked after me. That was just the service. The food? Magnifique! La Medina is 1 of 5 different themed restaurants created by 2 geniuses named Dominica Colaianni and Olivier Felmann. Many people come by to laugh at some of the strange English translations on their outside menu board, but don’t stay to savour the wonderfully prepared food which makes this one of the best restaurants in Europe. So why Superheroes? I arrived at the restaurant quite late and in very casual clothes and boots. The restaurant next door refused to serve me. The waiter here at La Medina never blinked and greeted me like an old friend. Although cold outside, they agreed to seat me outside and my table was made up like I was royalty in a flash (pictured). My food was brought to me and was not only artful; it tasted out of this world and filled me up as well. The beer was cold and the red wine delicious. If you only eat in one restaurant in Luxembourg, dine here. The inside (warmer) is also beautifully decorated and designed. Well done La Medina folks! Open 12pm-2pm and 7pm-11pm Monday - Saturday. Their hours and days do sometimes change.
I had the ‘La dégustation de brick terre et mer’ starter which has a weird translation of ‘Mixed off meat and sea food bricks’ on their menu. Sound bad, tastes heavenly. For the main meal I had the ‘Mixed grill du jour’ with some beer and house red wine. It was so good I nearly passed out Leave a Comment Theme: Eclectic/InternationalPrice: US$41 and up » Currency ConverterComparison: more expensive than averageAddress: Restaurant 'La Medina', 2 Rue de la Loge, L-1945 LPhone: 26 27 09 09Directions: Luxembourg City, just around the corner from the Bock Casemates (slightly up the hill on your left).Website: http://www.espaces-saveurs.lu/

Peking Garden Chinese Restaurant the door does not make you think it would be a very good or special restaurant, but inside... 1)i found some people speak cantonese, really made me feel like home:) 2)indoor tradition chinese decoration, you might think it is just a small chinese food stall, once you enter, you will see what's inside - bats on the ceiling (means good fortune), dragon, lion... dun forget to try to use a pair of chopstick (of course, if you dun mind!) that would be a nice / interesting experience .hehe

The restaurant of hotel Belvédère serves great food. From the restaurant you have a nice view of the castle. At night the castle is illuminated.
Let the chef decide. We had a delicious 5 course diner for €45 per person. (extra: wine ± €4,50 or beer €2) Our diner included: a deepfried package with kidney; mushroom bouillon; froglegs; lobster; chocolatcreme. Small family Chinese restaurant simple and not luxurious. Situated out of the city centre and run by two friendly people.

The best Greek restaurant of the whole area (not only Luxembourg). Great food.
Greek salad, lamb chops, tigania, tzatziki, fried potatos and fried courgettes. These are not the Greek kebabs so familiar in England, but Turkish ones filtered through Germany. Still delicious, filling and cheap though.

Generally the restaurants in the Place d'armes are all very good and reange from moderate to very expensive. My favorite those is an oddly named restaurant ... Lonely Hearts, which is an Italian restaurant. very small and therefore intimate dining. There are tables outside on the street during summer.
the Prusciutto and Melon as a starter and the Carbonara were excellent as was the entire dessert menu. Portions are very large Leave a Comment Theme: OtherDirections: It is one block east of the plaza on a small side street.
