We stopped at this cafe on our first day in Malta. We had taken a wrong turn and we thought we were in Valletta. I had Baci cake [rich chocolate with nuts]; it was so delicious we caught the bus to Hamrun later in the week so I could have more cake.
The people that owned and ran the cafe were so friendly, they chatted to us both times that we were there.
Favorite Dish: The Baci cake was to die for.

This place is not a restuarant but open place where one can queue and be served and take out the food. He has loads of local food like timpana which is pasta with meat and white cream layered with pasta, pastizzi, pea cakes, bread, buns with cream, fancy cakes, meat and lamb pies, pizza, burgers and chips and now he is also serving chicken pieces with chips - really yummy good !

This place is a very small long restuarant which on saturday evenings will be packed with loads of locals as the food is very good here and really not expensive. They serve really good genuine pizza.

I love this place - very modernly refurbished and revamped into a very clean and nice place. Parking is a bit scarce but if you find you will enjoy it ! Here they serve fresh salads, ftiras and baguettes. The wraps and pasta dishes are amazing.
Favorite Dish: Chicken wrap and milkshake
