Sottovoce-Marsaskala

not the run of the mill catering for tourists....
situated in the fishing village of Marsakala, right
on the harbour front.....excellent food especially
fresh local fish and seafood....the seafood pasta
dishes are unique...try spaghetti with sea urchins
or past with squid in......a positive experience.

Favorite Dish: 5star food at affordable prices....
very popular with the Maltese.....an ideal place to
mix with the friendly locals, they love a good chat,
wine is extremely reasonably priced.....
they serve brusketta and other delicasies complimentary.....fresh fish is guaranteed daily as it is supplied to them by the village fisherman.

Great Place for V.T. meetings!

The Ambience is Maltese traditional farmhouse style restaurant with Rustic surroundings. One can also enjoy his dinner with full seafront view of St Julians and Sliema Prominade.

Favorite Dish: We nearly all took " Penne with Duck" and thats was a good choice!

If you want to taste the Original Maltese cheese you should not miss this place. It's located at the foot of the Citadel in Gozo's Rabat.

Favorite Dish: Order a cheese platter, you'll get fresh cheese, dried cheese (the best taste when it's rolled in pepper), fresh tomatoes, dried tomatoes, onion, capers, olives with wonderful fresh bread. Take red wine with it and you will get the full pleasure.

Malta

The perfect place to stay in Malta is St. Julians. There are many bars and restaurants and very nice hotels, but it is not too busy and touristic.
