Cefa Medina is one of the popular ones in the real tourist area and crowded part of Mdina old city. On a late lunch break it did serve very good coffee and pizza.

This is wonderful coffee house located in beautiful location on the walls with a beautiful view from its upper level. I guess it’s the best place for a coffee & cake in this island :)

We stopped there to have lunch – and escape from the midday sun! They have pizza, hamburger, salad, ice, cakes etc. There’s lots of choice and the chicken burger that I had was very good!

A: Mdina is the most romantic of all. The fortress is always silent and gives one a very special feeling. Rabata and Mosta are not so majestic. As for size, all are huge
