This disco is situated in the middle of Crafts Village at Ta' Qali just on the road towards Rabat. It is very popular in Summer as it is open air. The place is divided into three parts : two dance floor one rock and one house music and then there is a chill out place where people can socialise.

Dress Code: Casual, Funky Clothes, it depends what type of party is being organised

Ta' Wistin is a very cozy warm bar where one can visit if he or she wants to have really good wine. Drinks are accompanied with crackers and dips. The drinks are not expensive and Mullied wine is also served here. This place is ideal for couples or for groups of people as the place is not so noisy !

Dress Code: Casual

Gianpula Disco: Gianpula Disco - Time for Partying !
Elly01 profile photo
Elly01 354 reviews

Gianpula is an open air disco with a pool which is very popular in the Summer nights especially on Fridays and Saturdays. At times one has to have a pass to come enter otherwise the entrance fee is about Lm 1.50 or even Lm 2.00.

The place is equipped with 4 open air bars and 1 closed. The place also has different sections with different dance floors where different genres of music are played. Drinks tend to be more expensive in these places but parking is ample as one can park around the premises.

Gianpula is hard to find and is also hard to get there unless you are not given the right directions or unless you don't know some locals who can take you. However when I visited it last Summer there where loads of people from various countries so I guess it was very accessible.

Dress Code: Casual, funky style, jeans etc well it depends the type of party that is being organised on the night !

Disco: Tattingers Disco
Elly01 profile photo
Elly01 354 reviews

Tattingers is a very nice and equipped newly renovated disco. However most people go when there is a party organised and mostly in Winter since it is not open air and can get very stuffy. However, I am sure every Friday and Saturday night many locals from Rabat and in the nearby areas visit it.

It's very hard to find parking especially if there is something organised.

Dress Code: Casual - Jeans etc.

This bar is a bar which is visited by many locals especially people from Rabat and Mdina. However, it is visited by many people from all over Malta especially in Winter as it is a cozy and relaxed place to visit. With every drink you buy they serve small plates of Maltese food like beans in oil, hobz biz-zejt translanted bread with oil but its Maltese bread with chopped olives, oil and tomatoe sauce. They give you pasta with sauces, chicken wings, nuts, popcorn anyway little plates of food.

Dress Code: The place is nothing to write home about but its enjoyable and makes you feel at home. You can dress as you like as its very relaxed !
