It´s a shopping centre. I guess many people find it very nice, but we didn´t. Allmost all of the shops you can find anywhere in Europe, there was nothing intresting in here. Only shop we went in was shoe-store at lower floor, the other ones didn´t get us intrested. We spend about 15min in this whole place.
But if you like shopping in stores wich are famous around Europe, this is your place!
There was
They did have Millies cookies there.. Those are so yammy (Finnish cookies are really dry compared these English/American style ones) but sadly we were so full, that we didn´t have room for them in our tummy ;)

This shop which is internationally known and one has to be careful when buying because it is cheaper to buy from other countries for example in the Uk I saw the same clothes selling at a cheaper price than over here. Also abroad there is a wider selection as in Malta we are quite limited.
What to buy: women's, kids, men's clothes, toiletaries and food (however I think the shop in Valletta and at Bay street in Paceville sell food not the Sliema shop)
What to pay: expensive

This a shopping arcade where you can find various women's and men's clothing. Under the shopping arcade there is also a cafeteria but it does not impress me much. The nicest thing about it is that one can sit outside under the umbrellas and relax in the sun and watch the people go by.
What to buy: cothes
What to pay: no idea

Quite a few of the familiar UK high street chains are here in Sliema. Mark & Spencer, BHS, Next, Monsoon, Accessorise and others are all here Don’t expect to find any bargains there though, and lets face it who goes on holiday to go high street shopping in stores you find in the UK…? But the option is here if you need it. Most of the stores also have outlets in Valletta.

Boots (the chemist)
Wallis
and a few more. I think this list is enough
What to buy: clothing
fancy goods
pharmacy items
cosmetics
gifts
some sell food/drink
What to pay: prices comparative to back home

The Plaza is a big shopping center in the middle of Sliema. Beside this mall there are some good book shops in this street. Have forgotten the name, but they have a wide range of books. So when looking for a book, try it there....
