The Mdina Gate, Mdina

by hopang

Mdina Gate is the main gate and the only gate to enter the walled city of Mdina. The city is totally enclosed by the wall. The gate is the most photographed structure by local and foreign tourists at Mdina. Motor vehicles are not allowed to enter the walled city except those having permission to drive in and those living and working in the walled city. The weather was not good when we took this picture. It was raining when we were at Mdina.
