Monastery
The most important place, because of why people visit Orhei Vechi, is the Cave Manstery. These caves could be really imposing and interesting unless they are closed. When I visited Orhei Vechi, in December, with two friends, we were the only tourist during the day there... This is probably why the caves are closed during winter. Except caves and nice views there is nothing to see. It is better to check if the manastery is open before arrival...
