From Nice airport to Monaco you can take a bus.
Bus lives every hour from 9.00 to 21.00 and it takes 50 minutes to reach there.
It charges 14.70 Euros one way ticket.

The money in the town is evident when one arrives by train. Quite a contrast to riding in other parts of Europe. The trains are also upscale.
