You will never see any locals here.. why? because residents/citizens of Monaco are banned from gambling in Monaco. Including the Royal Family. Tuxedos & Evening Gowns only..
It's Open in the day too.. so one can get their gambling fix 24hrs.

Do not wear a tiara if you are going to the famous casino.It is not as depicted in 'Bond' movies! Jeans seemed to be 'de rigeur'even at the 'Chemin de Fer' table.
