Be very careful not to use a tripod in the vicinity of the Casino. I was doing just that when I was approached by a policeman who told me tripods are illegal in Monte Carlo.
None I can think of. With the large number of celebrities and millionaires living in Monaco, the police are very stringent, though unobtrusive. You are unlikely to meet with any problems in Monaco.
