BepNieuwezijds Voorburgwal 260 (626 56 49). Bep attracts a crowd of young and hip creatives and media types, together with adjacent Diep and Seymour. Small scale pubcrawls between these bars seem to be the fashion. Bep is the more composed, mostly due to the well lit interior with light colors and of course the pebblestone wall. It isn't very spacious and with the bar located in the middle of the floor it gets crowded during weekends. In summer everyone spills out onto the sidewalk. Bep offers inexpensive food until 10.30pm. Open 11am-1pm (3am weekends).

Escape, Kremlin, etc, etc!Then there is the theater; Carré Amsterdam, and where I live, Kennermer Theater in Beverwijk. there gret things there; like Youp Braakhekke, Opus One, European Youth Ballet, Jeans, and go on...In Beverwijk there's coming a giant cinema; six or seven cinema's in one!Then there is the eating. in many clubs you can eat. I usually go to 'De markt' in Eindhoven. Here are some cozy little cafes. In summer it's a good place to spend an evening. Close by is 'het Stratumsend'. Here is the club and dancing street. Beware of pickpockets!!'De markt' has a long history and has had many faces. In summer it's just nice to sit and enjoy the parade of people coming by. Dress code? What Dress code? Everything goes! Be honest, be yourself and that is all that counts. Eindhoven IS a University city and is used to the craziness students bring with them.

In Groningen, a well known student town there are lots of great places to go out, for either food or drinking. One place I liked was The Three Sisters, which were three pubs next door to each other all accessable from the inside. Inside the pub were many rooms and bars which each played different styles of music. You can't be disappointed! One good thing about being in The Netherlands are all the excellent Dutch DJ's that are around. DJ Teisto and Ferry Corsten are among the best so if your lucky enough to catch them somewhere you must go! (Try Amsterdam and Rotterdam)

Nightlife in the Netherlands is not only so called red-light district in Amsterdam but there are many places in smaller towns too - for example the main square (Markt) in the historical city of Delft,city which attracts to old fashioned pubs and grand cafes, (speciality) restaurants and popular terraced cafes on the market square and along the canals.

Where shall I start!!!?? Well, every city has its own 'Grote Markt' the place where all the bars and discos are so just ask your way there. The Amsterdam nightlife doesn't stop during daytime if you know where you have to go. If you want to have a proper night out on the town I suggest you start your evening with a good meal. Afterwards you can go to a coffeeshop and smoke a joint for dessert…All relaxed, it's time for you to visit a café and test all the drinks on the menu. Stay there till it closes, then the moment is right to do some dancing, pick a club, smile and move those muscles! When you are being kicked out in the morning you move on to chill-out zone: The Vondelpark. After that, if you are still alive you can go to some after party or visit club Zoo (which opens at dawn). Just some ideas, come over and see for yourself! Just be yourself!
