Always take a raincote. It can be good weather for day's and day's, but when it starts to rain, you will always find yourself in an openfield. Please leave your mountainclimbing gear at home. There are no reele mountains to be found around here and all the fake climbingmountains have this gear for rent.

Holland can be warm in the summer and cold in the winter. But the temperatures can change with high differences even in the summer. One day it's 30 degrees, the next day can be 20 degrees. Always....always bring your rainclothes !!!Holland is not Holland without rain.

Any will do. Holland can be very cold in the winter, in the summer average temp. about 20degrees Celcius. None No problems. Only stay on official campground, or at a camping ground at a farm. Umbrella. Fotocamera.

The most importent thing is that your bags are water-repellent or at least water-resistent! An UMBRELLA!!The Netherlands has a very various climat, the only thing we known for sure is that it rains a lot!You have to bring clothes with you for hot, warm and cold weater! (even in the summer we couldn't tell you what kind of a weater you can expect) So be prepared for everything!!

In the summer you really want to wear shorts and a tank tops! but in the winter you want to have two pair of pants and three shirts and a heavy jacket! shampoo, bush, and tooth brush's. you would want to bring a digital camera and usb cable and the right batteries! not much!

There is not a tropicalseason overhere so just take some jeans and some sweaters with you. In summer you will need them aswell. But you can also bring some nice dresses and a smoking (if you are a man) for going to a opera or something like that. All is here! You can do what you like overhere. So if you are a sportive type bring whatever your sport is and you can make it happen in Holland. You know Holland is famous about bikes so when you really love biking bring it with you, Holland is flat so you there is no need for a very nice condition!! hihi All medical supplies you can get overhere. There is no need for special things before coming over to Holland. You can see a lot so you can also make a lot of pictures. When you love making pictures you will need a lot of films with you, and also videotapes. But you can buy them everywere so do not worry when you forget something. I love the...

It rains pretty often in Holland so pack some clothes for that. You'll probably do a lot of walking so pack some good shoes and it tends to be pretty mild there so make sure you have some warmer clothes if you're going in the summer.

You are best off to take a good suitcase and/or a sturdy back pack. Depending on the time of year that you go there will depend on what you bring with you. In winter spring and fall, you should bring a few sweaters - always dress in layers as the temperature can change fairly quickly. Make sure you bring a converter set so that you can recharge your batteries. They have a different voltage system in Europe.

If you plan to do any grocery shopping...bring your OWN large bag! Most small shops and market vendors will provide bags but grocery stores WILL NOT! You WILL need a raincoat and an umbrella! If you need an appliance...like a hair dryer or iron....don't believe that package that claims that it switches into our voltage.I took one of these American appliances apart and the voltage switch WASN'T connected to ANYTHING.If you buy them here...a hair dryer, curler and quality iron will cost about 30 guilders.

waterproof bags are recommended. take a raincoat an umbrella or anything in which you keep dry. Because it will almost certainly rain during your stay in the Netherlands. The bright side is all the clowds give beautifull pictures. Everything you are used to is for sale here. But with medicines it is a bit tight, you will often need a doctors prescription. Ofcourse you can buy painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen without consulting a doctor. Take your own camera , film is widely available. Campings are good and clean. Bring your own equipment or rent a logcabin (not available everywhere) and only bring your sleeping bag.
