Zwartemeer is a rather stretched village, alongside the border with Germany. It has some nice nature resorts, with moors and peat.
If you are looking for walking routes then you have a few different choices. (beautiful in fall or spring)
It is very calm and still. With wild plants and even sheep if you're lucky.

Because i am from this village i go back there regularly. It's not like i see it as a trip, but i wanted ppl to know about it.... therefor this note. The pictures on my page are shot in the area...
