Well, actually this is not really a nightlife tip, but it fits well together with the othr two tips, I think! Early in the morning - it was still a bit hazy - the sun went up painting the silhouette of Harlingen into a pastell color rosé........... What a sight to wake up to!

After the beautiful sunset we returned to the cabin of the harbor crane - then facing the city of Harlingen. We enjoyed the illumination of the city until we suddenly saw this unbelievably beautiful bright orange balloon... It took us a while until we realized that this was the full moon!!!

We enjoyed the sunset from the terrace of the Harlingen harbor crane. What a sight! At that time we were facing the sea and watched the sun go down and the ferries and the fishing boats coming in from the nearby islands of Vlieland and Terschelling. A fabulous sight!
