If you really want to see something special, please visit the so called 'Blauwe Kamer' a pecial zone along the river 'RIJN' on the west of wageningen on a 20 minutes walk, or just take the bus to Rhenen and ask the driver to drop you of.
Down there you can see how nature faught back on civilisation, the river 'dijk' was cut-open and the water floads the land which is wet and saoky. All kinds of different animal and plant life are appearing so go an d find out!
Entrance is free! Please go early in the morning and you will catch a variety in birds!

Please do not forget the Large Arboretum in Wageningen, it is on the Van Uvenweg on top of the so called 'Wageningse Berg'.
