We loved Elburg. It is a very walkable fortified town.
We actually ate some smoked eel.
I must say that I liked it better than the raw herring we also ate.
There are eel nets hanging all over town.
Some kids on the dock caught a HUGE Pike. We didnt eat any of it. :)
