The National Park the "Hoge Veluwe" is an excellent terrain for mediocre long biketours as well as long hikingtrails. There are numerous paths and bikinglanes throughout the park. A wonderful round is the 35 km. cycleround from Arnhem, to the museums, the St. ubertus-huntinglodge and through the "Dutch Savanne" back to the entrancegates near Arnhem. It gives a great impression of all the landscapes within the park: forest (pine, leave and mixed), heatherfields, fens, sandplates and wild grassfields.
