Nice shop with clothes for women, children and men. Me and my girls like to shop here.
What to buy: The clothes are a bit extravagant so you better not be shy bout yourself.
What to pay: About average, tho I have seen clothes that were expensive too.
If you leave the 'Vismarkt' going to the 'A-kerkhof' and 'Brugstraat' you will see some shops in nice old style buildings. Not just here can you find those, but also in small alleys and streets leaving from the main square (Grote Markt).
The shop is part of the bakery and it is rather small. But the smell! wow I always buy far too much koek / cake !
They got so many different cakes! E.g. one with nuts, one with tropical fruit, just too many.
And of course they got the oude wijven koek, a cake that taste a bit anise, u can choose with or without raisins.
What to buy: Just try one of the many variants of koek / cake. If you are daring, try the Groninger koek. It s a tasty cake with candied fruit and ginger.
What to pay: I think they ask a reasonable price for the quality you get, the koek are seldom old.
