    At the yearly Pasar Malam at the Spoorwegmuseum (Railway museum) in Utrecht, we decided to eat at this stall. The owners have a restaurant in the province Limburg (Stein). It was very busy and fun to watch the cook make the Martabak and all the staff in traditional Sumatran clothes.

    Favorite Dish: Martabak is a Sumatran omelet with vegetables in a sort of pastry (€5). Then I had the Sate Kambing (goat sate, € 3,50) and Bami Kwa (€ 5), a noodle soup with tripes. It was all very nice!

    We paid € 18,50 (2007, including drinks).
