Since 2004 there is a professional basketball team in Bergen op Zoom. They play in the Dutch first division agianst teams like Amsterdam, Groningen and Rotterdam. It is really nice to go and watch a match if you are in Bergen op Zoom. Just check the internet site to see when they play and visit the match.

It there is nothing else to do in Bergen op Zoom and you still have time left you can always go to the swimming pool at the Binnenschelde. The name of that swimmingpool is "de Schelp". It's nothing special but..........if you like swimming........

During the summertime it's possible to windsurf at the Binnenschelde....
Equipment: You have to bring your own surfthings because it isn't possible to rent it there yet.......maybe it will in the future....
