On the Stratumseind 95, there is a pub called "De Bakkerij", in the summer with a terrace outside.
When walking by u can smell people smoking ajoint:-)
I went here several times with some younger people who love to smoke.
Its an old cafe with a bar and places to sit, the music is great.
