De first edition of Tilburg Ten Miles took place in 1988 but at the time it was still 10 kilometres. Later it was changed to 10 miles and moved to the city centre of Tilburg. Today the race consists of different categories and a women's race and a men's race. Especially the women's race has a strong international field.
The next race is scheduled on 5 september 2004.

Swimmingpool with both recreational and sports facilities. Entrance fee about 4 euro for a single visit - a reasonable price. Probably cheaper if you are a frequent visitor.
