What to pay: Amstelveen can be quite expensive, but there are shops for every budget.

Every Friday there is a market from 09.00-16.00 on the main square (Stadsplein). There are about 200 stalls with a wide variety of products, ranging from food to plants and clothes.
Every Tuesday a biological market is held from 09.00-15.00 at the Verlengde Rembrandsweg, next to the Stadsplein. You can get vegetables, diary, herbs and clothes here, among other things.
