Pasta E Basta is the unique and world famous restaurant with very talented singing waiters!! :o) fresh Italian dishes close to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam!!!
Very romantic & lively atmosphere, candles burning and live music!! :)
Here you can enjoy Italian aria's at your table as well as musical and pop songs in an international atmosphere together with the local in-crowd. So if you want to experience something special, meet great people, celebrate your birthday, want to entertain friends or if you are in love: Paste E Basta!
Nowhere in the world can you find a place where music and food blend together as
Pasta e Basta, an experience you’ll never forget ! :o)
We did not actually go into this restuarant but we did have a look whilst enquiring for Han's birthday. They do a cabaret around the tables some singing & music.
The menu is a set 2 courses.
the setting is very romantic, it is candlelit even at lunch times
Favorite Dish:
The starters is antipasta, the main meal is a choice between 8 pasta dishes
No artificial flavourings are used
Trendy pasta restaurant with a twist - the waiters sing opera arias in-between serving the plates of pasta. Lively atmosphere, popular with large(r) parties, no group reservations allowed during the weekend though. Make reservations well in advance.
Favorite Dish:
You can take a mix of starters yourself (like a buffet) and they are served on ice inside a piano. Especially the vitello tonato is very good.
Pasta e Basta
The waiters are people from the school of music and they perform while you're eating! Very special!
