Zushi is situated in the city center in a remodelled old wicker furniture factory and has a splendid view over the Amstel River. This modern restaurant is designed around a large circular bar with a view into the central kitchen and Teppan grill. On the bar in front of the guests you find a conveyer belt on which you can find a large selection of plates with delicious zushi. You serve yourself by taking the plates of the belt you like to eat. The chefs constantly prepare fresh dishes and stock the belt. The price of each plate is decided by the plate colour. Besides the delicious zushi dishes the chefs can, on request, prepare a variety of warm dishes such as tempura's, teppan dishes such as yakitori and soups as well. On the 'specials'board you also find a variety of daily changing specials. The Wait staff will serve you beverages like fresh juices. Green tea, sake or alcoholic beverage.

Favorite Dish: My favourite dish, after having the delicious salmon skin and nigiri unagi, is the tempura icecream with a strawberry and a few slices of lemon. Try it !

    Zushi: Conveyer belt sushi

Zushi is special because it's a conveyer belt sushi restaurant. You just take the dishes you like and afterwards they count the coloured dishes for your bill (every colour means a certain price).
Also check out the other Japanese goodies, to be ordered separately, like nice little salads, grilled dishes, tempura and freshly prepared hand rolls.

    Favorite Dish: shrimp tempura
