The flower market on the Singel (between the top of the Leidsestraat and the Munt Tower) is not to be missed (trams 1, 2, 4, 5, 9, 11, 14, 16, 24, 25). You're bound to find something interesting, even if it was just some flower bulbs or seeds. :-)
There is a daily clothes and 2nd-hand market around the City Hall and Opera (trams 9, 14, 51 to Waterlooplein). I have only been there a few times and at the time they selection wasn't very intersting: some old books, antiques and clothes that no one wants.
Albert Cuypstraat focuses on food and clothes (trams 4, 6, 10 and 16). The market is often hyped to one of the best markets (if not the best) in Amsterdam. When I visited it, most of the stuff on sale was food (veggies, meat, cheese) and cheap and tacky clothes.
The Lindengracht street market is the more regular part of the Noordermarkt street market.
You'll find anything from Flowers, fresh fish, vegetables, Bread, drinks, clothing and household goods.
