Madame Tussaud's, Amsterdam
If you have always wanted to see well-made wax-dollies go there. But beware of the entry fee! You can do a lot more with that 17,50 euro than watching few stiff historical figures and celebrities (such as Arnold).
Fun Alternatives: Anything that You enjoy! :)
As in many cities, I think Madame Tussaud's is a waste of time and money. But, I think it can leave quite an impression on young children. But I prefer cultural things to do.
On Dam Square, central Amsterdam.
I've heard that Madame Tussaud's of Amsterdam is nowhere near as good as the London version (a tourist trap anyway!) and is best avoided. Which we did apart from this photo...
Both Madame Tusseaud's and Anne Frank's House are very overrated...
Also the canalboats are no fun. It is a lot more fun to rent your own boat (from the Kloveniersburgwal for example).
